Born in Detroit, Michigan, Michael Munir Kazaleh entered the comics field through the underground comic Dope Comix at Kitchen Sink in 1983. In the early 1990s, he joined Archie Comics, where he did artwork on 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'. He has also worked on Marvel titles like 'Mighty Mouse', 'Ren and Stimpy' and 'Tummy Trouble'.

He has done work for DC Comics' 'Johnny DC' all-ages line, including 'Camp Lazlo' comics for Cartoon Network and a comic book based on Mattel's toyline 'Super Friends'. Kazaleh is furthermore one of the regular artists of 'Futurama' comics for Bongo Comics.

I heard Mike say he was going to be at WonderCon doing the same thing, drawing pictures and signing autographs! http://www.comic-con.org/wc/wc_pr12_dates.php

He autographed all four of my Ren & Stimpy Comic Books!

He also did this drawing for me on the spot! What a great guy!

Thank you Mike!!
